This is how it works, start to finish.
Every campaign starts with a conversation and ends with a written record. In between, you see the proposal and the price before anything is agreed, and you deal with one person all season.
What you’re actually buying from us.
SPONSR is a marketing company. We organise motorsport marketing for businesses, from the advertising on the cars and bikes to the content, the race days and the introductions through the Business Club. That’s the work we sell, and it’s all we sell.
What your company buys, and what it costs, sits in a written agreement before any money changes hands.
-
A conversation about your business.
You tell us about your customers, what you’d like the sponsorship to do and roughly what you’d like to spend. A figure or a range is fine. We’ll ask enough questions to understand your business properly, and you don’t need to know anything about racing for this bit.
-
A proposal and a price, in writing.
We come back with the campaign we’d recommend: the placements on cars and bikes, across whichever championships and types of racing suit your business, the content you’ll get, any race days or Business Club membership, and the price for all of it. Race days only appear in the proposal once they’re confirmed, so what you read is what’s actually available. If we don’t think it’s right for your business, we’ll say so.
-
We organise the agreed work.
Through the season we look after everything the agreement sets out, from getting your name on the machines to arranging the photography and the introductions. You deal with one contact. If a placement is missed or something changes, we tell you straight away and set out what happens about it under your agreement.
-
A clear record of what was delivered.
Every quarter you get a report showing what ran, where and when, with the photographs and invoices to match. We don’t estimate how many people saw it and we don’t promise what it will do for your business, because nobody can honestly do either. If your accountant has questions, we’ll provide the agreement, the invoices and the delivery records, and answer questions about the services supplied. What it means for your company is their assessment to make, and the Accountability page is written so they can make it.

A day at the races, when you want one.
Some companies want a race day for customers or staff, either as part of a campaign or as a one-off. Tell us the circuit, the date and how many people you have in mind, and we’ll confirm what access is available and what’s included before you book.

Bring us what you have in mind.
We’ll talk through the options with you, put a proposal and a price in writing, and take it from there.
